Roland Oliver founded Monumental Venture Partners, LLC, the general partner to MVP America, LP. Mr. Oliver recruited all of the founding partners, including MCI's New Ventures team, raised capital for the partnership and formed the fund's Advisory Board. Mr. Oliver has experience in corporate governance, private equity, venture capital, endowment investing, mergers and acquisitions, and international expansion in the wireless, telecommunications and information technology industries. From 1993 through 1998, Mr. Oliver was the Group Vice President of Corporate and Business Development for Comsearch and Grayson Wireless, acquired divisions of Andrew Corporation, a NASDAQ listed firm with annual revenues of $1.4 billion.. During his tenure with these divisions, Mr. Oliver identified and recruited the management for a new venture that grew from an initial $1 million investment in to Andrew Corporation's Geometrix division, which has posted more than $500 million in highly profitable revenue in 8 years. Earlier at Comsearch, Mr. Oliver held profit and loss responsibility for the secure communications division and directed the division's design and test labs. Mr. Oliver has held management positions at Verizon, Storage Technology, Cable & Wireless, and Centel prior to its merger with Sprint. He attended Lynchburg College, and the University of Virginia, and has lectured at George Mason University on strategic planning for emerging companies. In 2005, Mr. Oliver joined the Board of Trustees of Lynchburg College where he is Chairman of the investment committee and a member of the executive board of the Claytor Nature Study Center. Mr. Oliver has completed executive development programs at the University of Kansas and Oxford University, and in 2006 he completed the Endowment Institute program at the Yale School of Management. Mr. Oliver serves on the boards of two of MVP America's portfolio companies: Digital Sandbox, Inc., and SonoMedica, Inc., and is Advisory Board Chairman for JB Cubed, Inc. In addition, Mr. Oliver served on the board of Telverse Communications, Inc., through its acquisition by Level 3 Communications, Inc., and directed MVP America's investment in Cinea through its acquisition by Dolby Laboratories in 2003.

Mr. Friedman is a co-founder of Monumental Venture Partners, LLC, the general partner to MVP America, LP. He has been instrumental in all aspects of managing Monumental Venture Partners, LLC. He has made key contributions and is responsible for portfolio management, fundraising, investor relations and reporting. Mr. Friedman has been the lead on all of MVP America, LP's investments and has been responsible for valuing, structuring, negotiating and closing transactions including Series A financings and convertible debt issues. In addition, he has represented MVP America, LP's interests in the acquisitions of Cinea and Telverse as well as the Series B financing of EyeTel. Mr. Friedman serves on the board of three of MVP America, LP's portfolio companies: Digital Sandbox, Inc., GroupServe IP Trust, LLC, and JB Cubed, Inc. In addition, Mr. Friedman also served on the board of Cinea, Inc. through its successful acquisition by Dolby Laboratories, Inc. and EyeTel Imaging, Inc. through its Series B financing.
Mr. Friedman has 20 years of corporate experience, including 8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital. Prior to co-founding Monumental Venture Partners, LLC, he spent over 9 years with MCI Communications from 1990 to 1999. In 1997, Mr. Friedman established MCI New Ventures, MCI's corporate venturing group. MCI New Ventures pioneered the use of performance warrants with vendor contracts. He managed MCI New Ventures from December 1997 to February 1999 and generated an IRR of 150%, contributing over $60 million of pre-tax gain. While at MCI, Mr. Friedman was the lead negotiator charged with closing deals, and had additional responsibilities that included deal structure, valuation analysis, technical and market due diligence, and intellectual property evaluation. Prior to creating MCI New Ventures, from October 1993 to December 1997, Mr. Friedman was a Senior Financial Analyst with MCI's Mergers and Acquisitions Group, where he was responsible for valuing, structuring and negotiating acquisitions of local, long distance, international, wireless, and Internet companies. In this role, Mr. Friedman evaluated numerous of mergers and acquisitions opportunities and closed multiple transactions ranging in value between $5 million and $1.35 billion. Examples of transactions that Mr. Friedman materially contributed to include: News Corporation, British Telecom, NextWave, Genesys Telecommunications and Darome Teleconferencing. Mr. Friedman also has held positions as a Systems Analyst and Software Developer in the Information Technology industry.
Mr. Friedman earned both a B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia in 1984 and an MBA in finance from the George Washington University in 1991.

Dettmar |

Mr. Dettmar
has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, and
has served as the Chief Financial Officer for
a number of firms, ranging from start-ups to multimillion-dollar
public companies. Mr. Dettmar’s background in mergers and
acquisitions, financial analysis, and financial structuring provides
a valuable resource for the Fund. From May 1997 to January 2000,
Mr. Dettmar served as Chief Financial Officer for Infodata Systems,
Inc., a software and systems integration firm, where Mr. Dettmar
was responsible for the company's successful public offering and
financial restructuring. The restructuring was precipitated by
the acquisition of two firms, which Mr. Dettmar helped to plan,
structure, and execute. From November 1993 to December 1996, Mr.
Dettmar served as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board
of Directors at Encompass, Inc., a wireless telecommunications
company that successfully obtained venture capital funding and
grew to $20 million in revenue. In that role, Mr. Dettmar successfully
negotiated a plan to buy out the initial investors in the company
in order to obtain more favorable financing terms for the company.
This enabled the company to operate with fewer restrictions and
greater strategic emphasis. From November 1988 to October 1993,
Mr. Dettmar served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the
Board of Directors at The Hunter Companies, Inc., a commercial
services and brokerage firm. Mr. Dettmar also has served as regional
financial manager for a Bell operating company, Chief Financial
Officer for a telecommunications software firm that was acquired,
and consulting manager at Price Waterhouse & Co.
Mr. Dettmar holds a BS from the University of Virginia, an MBA
from the Pennsylvania State University, and is a licensed CPA.

Bill Killea |

William Killea joined MVP in July 2005 as Senior Managing Advisor, where he
is focused on new investment opportunities, particularly in Europe.
Bill is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and spent twelve years as a
naval flight officer. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business,
University of California, and a JD from Hastings College of Law.
Prior to joining MVP, Bill spent nine years with Lehman Brothers and Merrill
Lynch in New York. He is a member of the New Jersey and District of
Columbia bars.

Vaughan |

Ms. Vaughan
serves as the Administrative Director of Monumental Venture Partners,
LLC.
Prior to starting
her present position, Ms. Vaughan had 17 years of telecommunications
experience providing system design, product
evaluation, financial analysis, contract negotiations, system
implementation, user training, and customer support. Ms. Vaughan
spent 9 years
at Marriott Corporation's corporate headquarters working in both
the hotel division and the architect and construction division
providing telecommunications support to Marriott owned and managed
hotels. In addition, Ms. Vaughan spent 9 years as a telecommunications
contractor at DynCorp working on site at the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency.
Ms. Vaughan
holds an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Sullins College
and a Bachelor of Science in Education
from the University
of Georgia.
